Any greens (I used dill) - to taste

Italian herbs seasoning - to taste

1. First of all, I cook the shrimp so that they have time to cool and it is easy to clean them. The broth can be anything you like. I add peppercorns, salt, bay leaf and dry dill. I throw the shrimp into the boiling broth and cook for 2-3 minutes. I cool and clean.

2. Now I’ll make flour. I have an old coffee grinder, but you can use a blender. I grind oatmeal and corn grits into flour. (You can also use any cereals that you have on hand. Sometimes I add buckwheat, sometimes bran.) I don’t let it turn into “dust”; I like larger particles in the dough, and you decide on your taste.

3. I begin to work magic on the dough. Mix the eggs, kefir, olive oil, salt and soda until smooth. Then add the prepared flour in portions. The dough should look like pancakes. I leave it for 5-7 minutes so that the cereal is soaked and becomes softer. We will achieve the texture of a tight dough using rye flour.

4. Gradually add rye flour until the dough is ready. It should be elastic and not stick to your hands. I got 850 grams of pizza dough. I leave it to rest for 10-20 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, I cut up the ingredients for the filling. I cut tomatoes, onions, mozzarella, and olives into thin rings. I grate Russian cheese. I chop the dill. The shrimp are already ready.

6. Assemble the pizza, placing the topping ingredients on the rolled out dough one by one:

1) mozzarella cheese:

2) Italian herbs (pizza seasoning);

3) tomatoes;

4) onion;

5) shrimp;

6) olives and dill;

7) Russian cheese.

I put the shrimp pizza in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for 40-50 minutes.
