Chicken croquettes

Croquettes made from tender chicken breast fillet evoke genuine delight with their wonderful taste and pleasant appearance.
You can serve them on skewers for a buffet table, or you can simply place them in a heap on a platter and serve the vegetables separately, for example with tomato salsa or ready-made adjika. Using a meat grinder, prepare minced chicken fillet, add salt and pepper, add egg and corn flour, mix.
Ингредиенты
Chicken fillet - 500 grams;
Corn flour (in dough) - 1 tbsp;
Egg - 1 pc;
Salt, pepper - to taste;
Corn flour for breading - 3 tbsp;
Ready adjika for serving - 200 grams;
Vegetable oil for frying - 1 cup.
Рецепт
1. Roll the minced chicken into balls and roll them in corn flour.
2. Fry in batches in oil boiling over low heat until golden brown.
3. Remove with a slotted spoon or spoon onto a paper towel to remove excess oil.
4. Then serve with whatever you like.
5. I have it with ready-made tomato adjika.
