Wheat flour – 350 g

Pumpkin (peeled) - 200 g

Cottage cheese – 200g

Raisins – 100 g

Vanilla sugar – 15 g

Baking powder – 2 tsp.

Cinnamon – 1-2 tsp.

Ground ginger – 1 tsp.

Nutmeg – 0.5 tsp.

1. To prepare a cake with cottage cheese and pumpkin, prepare the ingredients according to the list.

2. Cut the peeled pumpkin into small cubes, boil until soft, grind to puree and cool.

3. Pour boiling water over the raisins and let steep for 10-20 minutes.

4. Combine eggs and sugar and stir until sugar dissolves.

5. Mix pumpkin puree and cottage cheese in a separate container. Mash the mixture with a spoon or blender until smooth.

9. Add the prepared mixture of liquid ingredients. Mix everything well until you obtain a homogeneous thick dough.

11. Place the cake in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes until done. Check readiness by piercing the cake with a wooden skewer. If the skewer comes out clean, the cake is ready.
