For a homemade tea party, you can prepare a delicious and beautiful pancake cake with sour cream and condensed milk.
Pancakes can be prepared according to any successful recipe; I made them with milk. The filling is prepared in a matter of minutes without mixers or blenders. Mix everything with a regular whisk. I added boiled condensed milk, it gave the cream a caramel note. For those who are not friends with biscuits, this cake is a great alternative.
You can decorate the cake as you wish, I took berries and powdered sugar, you can make a lattice of chocolate. The cake needs time to stabilize, but in the end it holds its shape perfectly and is very beautiful when cut.

Milk - 1 liter
Flour - 400 g
Sugar - 30 g
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Egg - 2 pcs.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
For cream:
Sour cream 20% - 300 g
Condensed milk - 50 g
Boiled condensed milk - 50 g

1. Prepare ingredients for the pancake cake with condensed milk and sour cream.
2. In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar and salt. Mix with a whisk.
3. Pour in 500 ml of milk and stir.
4. Add sifted flour. Mix the dough with a whisk until smooth. It will turn out thick and homogeneous.
5. Pour in the remaining milk and mix well.
6. Pour vegetable oil into the dough and mix with a whisk. The dough will be moderately thick.
7. Bake pancakes in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown. I baked pancakes with a diameter of 20 cm.
8. Cool the finished pancakes completely. For the cream, combine sour cream and two types of condensed milk. You can use either boiled milk or regular condensed milk.

10. I used detachable sides, you can take a detachable mold. My cake diameter is 18 cm. Line the sides of the pan with pancakes, it took me 4 pancakes, so that the edges of the pancakes hang from the sides. Cover the bottom with a pancake and grease with cream.
11. Grease the pancakes with cream.
12. Roll the pancake with cream into a tight roll.
13. Place the pancake rolls in the shape of a snail, tightly.
14. Grease the resulting pancake layer with cream. Place a second layer of pancake rolls.
15. Grease with cream again and cover the top of the cake with the hanging edges of the pancakes. You can randomly place one or two pancakes on top and form waves. Cover the cake pan with cling film and refrigerate overnight.
16. Remove the sides from the finished cake and decorate the top of the cake as desired.
17. Cut the pancake cake with condensed milk and sour cream into pieces and serve. Look how beautiful the cut is.
