Warm salad with chicken, sweet peppers and tomatoes

Meat and vegetables are a great combination for a complete meal.
Juicy tomatoes and pieces of roasted bell pepper make the salad juicy and imbue it with bright summer colors. And thanks to the fried pieces of chicken fillet, the salad turns out to be satisfying. Incredibly bright, appetizing and spicy salad!
Ингредиенты
Chicken fillet - 400 g
Bell pepper - 1 pc.
Tomatoes - 300 g
Lettuce leaves - 1 bunch
Sesame - 1 tbsp. spoon
Soy sauce - 50 ml
Olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp. spoon
Fresh dill - 2-3 sprigs
Salt - 1/3 teaspoon
Ground black pepper - on the tip of a knife

1. Using a sharp knife, cut the chicken fillet into thin slices approximately 5-7 mm thick.
2. Place chicken fillet in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper and soy sauce. Stir. Leave the chicken to marinate for 10-20 minutes.
3. Fry the marinated chicken fillet in olive oil until golden brown on one side, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Then turn the chicken pieces over and continue to fry for another 5 minutes.
5. While the chicken fillet is fried, cut the bell pepper into small pieces of arbitrary shape.
6. In the remaining oil after frying the fillet, lightly fry the bell peppers for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
7. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them, tear them into large pieces with your hands and place on a serving plate.
8. Cut the tomatoes into small slices. I have small plum tomatoes, so I cut them into slices.
9. Place pieces of baked pepper on top.
10. Place still warm pieces of chicken on top of the vegetables.
11. Garnish the salad with dill and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
12. Sprinkle warm salad with chicken, baked bell peppers and tomatoes with sesame seeds.
