3. Drain and place the potato slices in a single layer on a clean kitchen towel to dry. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

4. Place the potatoes back into a dry bowl, add salt, paprika and vegetable oil. You can use different seasonings in this dish, depending on your taste.

5. Toss the potato slices with the spices and oil to coat all the potatoes on all sides.

6. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and place the potatoes on it in one layer.

7. Bake potato chips in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Cooking time depends on the oven and the thickness of the slices.

8. After cooling, the finished chips become even denser and crispier.

9. Cool the potato chips cooked in the oven and serve.
