Sochniki with banana filling

Baking with bananas is extraordinary, it turned out very tasty!
Traditionally, sochniki are made with cottage cheese, but I wanted to diversify the taste a little and decided to add banana to the filling.
Ингредиенты
For the test:
Egg - 1 pc.
Sugar - 0.5 cups
Sour cream - 4 tbsp.
Butter - 100 g
Flour - 2.5 cups
Soda - 0.5 tsp.
For filling:
Bananas - 2 large
Sour cream
Flour - 2.5 tbsp.
Starch - 1 tbsp.
Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Vanillin
Рецепт
1. Remove the butter from the refrigerator; it should be at room temperature. Beat the egg with sugar until thick foam. Add sour cream, mix. Mash and add butter, stir or beat as convenient. Next add soda and flour.
2. The dough will be elastic.
3. Make the filling. To do this, mash the banana, add sour cream, vanillin, sugar, starch, flour, mix everything.
4. Roll out the dough, cut out circles. Place the filling on one side with a tablespoon, and “cover” the filling with the other half of the dough. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
