Pork chops with garlic are tasty and filling, suitable for any meal. I don't know about you, but pork chops are my favorite. Chicken and turkey are also delicious, but pork still gives the most successful results. The combination of meat and garlic is just perfect, add some thinly sliced red onion, cheese and a little mayonnaise - it will turn out simply incomparable! Chops can be served both for a festive and everyday table; in any case, they sell out instantly. You can combine chops with cereals, salads, vegetables, you can add sauce or just greens.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking pork chops with garlic in the oven. Rinse and dry the piece of pork.

Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
Garlic – 4 cloves
Red onion – 0.5 pcs.
Hard cheese – 80 g
Chicken eggs – 1 pc.
Wheat flour – 1 tbsp.

Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.

1. Afterwards, cut the meat into small slices, cover with cling film and beat with a kitchen hammer. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper, you can also use your favorite spices and herbs.
2. In a deep bowl, beat one chicken egg, add a spoonful of wheat flour and mix everything well so that there are no lumps. Dip the chop pieces into the prepared batter.
3. Heat a frying pan, add a little oil and quickly fry the chops on both sides. At the same time, preheat the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.
4. Grease the prepared meat with mayonnaise. Peel the garlic cloves and cut into slices, place on top of the mayonnaise.
5. Cut the red onion into thin slices and place several rings on top of the garlic.
6. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and add to the chops. Transfer the pieces to a baking sheet, then place the pork chops with garlic in the oven for 15-20 minutes. After the specified time, the meat can be served.
