Green tea with ginger and lemon is a wonderful drink of vitality that prevents aging and charges us with useful vitamins.
Green tea with ginger and lemon is incredibly invigorating, fills the body with healthy vitamins and gives you a good mood in the morning. You are free to taste this drink, adding either granulated sugar or honey to it to taste. Some gourmets use grapefruit slices instead of lemon, thereby obtaining a richer shade of flavors in the drink. Remember that green tea is not steamed with boiling water, but with hot water at 80C, so boil a kettle of water on the stove in advance and leave it for 10-15 minutes - during this time the water in it will cool down to the required temperature.
I use gift pressed green tea, which opens in boiling water, but you can use large-leaf or bagged green tea if desired.

Green tea - 1 pc. or 2 tsp.
Ginger - 0.5 tsp.
Lemon - 8 slices
Sugar or honey - to taste
Mint - optional

1. Be sure to scald the lemon with boiling water so that the peel releases the aromatic oil, cut its half into slices. Peel the ginger root, rinse in water and cut into small slices.
2. Pour the slices into a teapot and add granulated sugar. If you want to make tea with honey, then add the honey itself only at the very end, into the cups, when the temperature of the drink reaches 40C.
3. Place pressed tea in the teapot or add tea leaves.
4. Fill with hot water from the kettle, reaching 80C.
5. Close the lid and leave for 10 minutes - during this time the pressed tea will open and give you a real visual gift in the form of blooming flowers.
6. Pour the prepared green tea with ginger and lemon into cups, add a couple of fresh mint leaves if desired and taste it, treating your family too.
