2. Separately, cut the cheese into long, even slices and a couple of “dry” tomatoes. Like the “Slivka” variety. The name of this recipe comes from the name of these tomatoes and the use of heavy cream.
3. Select a beautiful shape and cut a little butter into the bottom.
4. Sift the flour into a separate plate and add another “Georgian” seasoning. I really love spicy food!
5.Now little cooking secrets. Meatballs need to be formed into a round shape using flour.
6. Then lightly fry in a frying pan on both sides and do not allow the juice to come out.
7. Next, laying in the mold. Plus cheese and tomatoes. I am sensitive to the number twelve and the concept of “dozen,” so there will be exactly twelve meatballs.
8. Drizzle with cream or “spun” milk. It won't be any worse.

10. While the meatballs are simmering, cut the Egyptian potatoes. It is very hard and ideal for deep frying. Cut into large slices and dry with paper towels.
