For ideal results, it is very important to choose a fresh cut with minimal film content. Cut the beef into steaks, marinate them in spices and chopped garlic, then place them on the air grill and bake. The steaks are soft and tender on the inside, and have a crispy, spicy crust on top.

Beef tenderloin - 300 g
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt - 1 tsp.
Paprika - 1 tsp.
Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
Ground ginger - 1 tsp.

1. Cut the beef into steaks 1.5-2 cm thick.
2. Place the steaks in a bowl, add ground black pepper, paprika, salt, ground ginger, and squeeze the garlic through a press.
3. Rub all the spices and garlic into the meat thoroughly. Place the bowl of steaks in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour.
4. Then place the prepared beef steaks on the grill of the air fryer bowl and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. At the 10th minute, turn the steaks over.
