Norwegian omelette

A hearty and delicious breakfast recipe for an omelet with herbs and salted salmon. Not too cheap, but very useful. I recommend!
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the Norwegian omelet. Wash the greens, dry them, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Chicken egg - 3-4 pcs.
Salted salmon - 50 g
Hard cheese - 30 g
Green onion - 1 pc.
Parsley - a couple of sprigs
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Pepper - to taste
Salt - optional
Рецепт
1. Beat eggs in a deep bowl. If the egg is small, then take 4 pieces.
2. Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, pour in the egg mixture. Fry the omelette in the classic way, pushing the finished omelette towards the middle with a spatula. When only the top remains slightly liquid, sprinkle half with grated cheese.
3. Top the cheese with chopped green onions (green part only) and fresh herbs.
4. Place thinly sliced salmon on top and season with pepper. If the fish is very lightly salted, then you can add a little sea salt.
5. Cover the omelette with the free half using a spatula and keep it covered over low heat for a couple of minutes. It will be enough for just the cheese to melt.
6. Serve the finished Norwegian omelet immediately after cooking.
