A recipe for making very tasty, satisfying PP oat pancakes with milk. The main thing is to let the dough sit for a while... Then everything will definitely work out!
To prepare PP pancakes from oatmeal with milk, prepare the ingredients according to the list for the recipe.

Milk - 250 ml
Oatmeal - 100 g
Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
Salt - a pinch
Vegetable oil (olive) - 2 tbsp.
Water - as needed

1. Beat the eggs into a deep bowl, add a pinch of salt and use a whisk to whisk the mixture until smooth.
2. Then pour in warm milk.
3. Then add oatmeal and mix again. If the dough turns out to be too thick, you can even out the consistency using clean filtered water, adding it in small portions (I did not add water).
4. At the very end, add vegetable oil, stir, cover the bowl with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
5. Meanwhile, heat the frying pan and before frying the first pancake, grease it with a thin layer of vegetable oil (if the frying pan has a good non-stick coating, you don’t need to use oil). Pour a portion of dough into the center and distribute it evenly throughout the bottom.
6. Fry over low heat for 1.5 -2 minutes on each side, until beautifully browned. To make it easier to flip the pancakes, they can be made with a small diameter.
7. That’s all, very tasty, hearty PP pancakes made from oatmeal with milk are ready. They can be served with a variety of vegetables, herbs, fruits, cottage cheese, honey, etc.
