It is possible in one big one. Let's prepare the ingredients for cooking an omelet with zucchini in the oven. If the zucchini is no longer young, peel the skin and remove the pulp and seeds.

Zucchini - 350 g

Chicken egg - 3 pcs.

Milk - 50 ml

Cheese - 30 g

Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.

Salt and pepper - to taste

1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.

2. Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and add milk.

3. Beat with a whisk or fork.

4. Squeeze the zucchini and add to the eggs. Mix.
