Ingredients: persimmons, apples, pears, pomegranate, walnuts.
Preparation: chop all the fruits, add pomegranate and chopped nuts. Serve topped with Greek yogurt.

4 ripe persimmons

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until the persimmons are soft.
