Flounder cooked on an electric grill turns out juicy, and thanks to the marinade it has a slight sourness and a pleasant taste of soy sauce.
I do not recommend adding garlic because, in my opinion, it will overwhelm the tenderness of the flounder. I took the flounder already gutted and cleaned. By the time you start cooking the dish, it should already have time to completely defrost. I recommend sprinkling the finished fish with a small amount of lemon juice and sprinkling with fresh, finely chopped herbs. I used parsley, but dill or any other of your favorite herbs will work.

Flounder - 1 pc.
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
Lemon juice - 0.5 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.
Dried herbs - 1 tsp.
Salt, pepper - to taste

1. To cook flounder on an electric grill, prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. Gut the fish, remove the fins and rinse thoroughly under running water.
2. Place the flounder in a deep bowl and brush with sunflower oil on both sides to prevent the fish from sticking to the electric grill grates. Salt and pepper the fish to taste.
3. Add dried herbs to the fish. Any of your favorites will do. You can also add ready-made fish spices, but keep in mind that they may contain a large amount of salt.
4. Pour soy sauce into a bowl. It can be replaced with Teriyaki sauce
5. The last step is to add lemon juice to the fish. Now you need to leave the fish to marinate for at least 20 minutes. Make sure the fish is evenly coated with the marinade.
6. Turn on the electric grill and set the “Fish” program. Wait for the signal that the device has reached operating temperature and place the flounder across the grates. Cover with a lid and fry the flounder on the electric grill for 10-15 minutes until the fish is completely cooked.
7. Serve the finished flounder, sprinkled with lemon juice and garnished with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
