Steamed turkey cutlets

I propose to prepare delicious and very healthy, as well as dietary, steamed turkey cutlets.
These cutlets are very good to cook for children, for those who need to stick to a diet, and for those who are watching their weight. Adding vegetables to ground turkey cutlets gives the cutlets a richer taste and beautiful color, because usually steamed meat does not look as appetizing as fried meat.

Turkey fillet - 500 g
Bell pepper - 1 pc.
Onions - 1 pc.
Dill greens - 20 g
Carrots - 1 pc.
Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
Spices - to taste

1. Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Cut the bell pepper into very small cubes.
2. Cut the red onion (although this is not essential - white onion is also quite suitable) into very small cubes, the smaller the better. We also chop the dill very finely.
3. Put the turkey fillet through a meat grinder or put it in a blender. Place the minced meat in a bowl and add all the other chopped ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste and olive oil. You can also add chicken spices.
4. Mix all the ingredients very well and beat the minced meat. To do this, take the minced meat in your hands and forcefully throw it back into the bowl. This will help us get rid of air in the minced meat and give it a smooth and uniform structure.
5. From the resulting minced meat we form cutlets of any shape.
6. Pour a glass of water into the bottom of the steamer, install a stand, it should be above the water level. Place the cutlets in the tray. Cover the steamer with a lid and put it on fire. Steam the cutlets for 15-20 minutes. If you don't have a steamer or slow cooker, you can use a regular pot of water and a colander, placing the cutlets in the colander and covering the pan with a lid.
7. Serve ready-made steamed turkey cutlets as a main dish with salad, rice, pasta or potatoes.
8. Children will be happy to carry these cutlets even without any side dish, since the cutlets turn out tasty, juicy and, most importantly, healthy.
