Tasty and healthy.

We prepare oat waffles in milk with the addition of apple and banana to the dough. The waffles bake perfectly and turn out light and airy.

Ингредиенты

Oatmeal - 250 g

Milk - 100 ml

Apple - 1 pc.

Banana - 1 pc.

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Soda - 0.5 tsp.

Salt - a pinch

Vegetable oil - for greasing the mold

Optional:

Sugar - 1 tbsp. (or sweetener, honey)

1. If you have a blender, that's great! Puree the apple and banana. And if you don’t have a blender, you can grate the apple on a potato grater and mash the banana with a fork. In the photo, my banana is very large (about 2 times larger than the average), so I took half of it. I got 120 g of banana puree, and 100 g of apple puree.

2. Next, pour in the milk and beat in the eggs.

3. If you just took oatmeal, like me, then you need to grind them into flour using a coffee grinder or blender. Add crushed flakes (flour) to the remaining ingredients. We also add salt, sugar and soda. Mix everything thoroughly and the dough is ready.

4. Preheat the waffle iron. If desired, grease it with oil (or not, if you trust the coating of your waffle iron) and spoon the dough on it.

5. Close the waffle iron and fry the waffles. In my waffle iron they fry for about 2-3 minutes.
