Chicken liver - 1 kg

Large chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

Wheat flour - 120 g

Onion - 100 g

Garlic - 30 g

Refined sunflower oil - 70 g

Salt - 2 tsp.

Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.

Baking powder - 1 tsp.

Рецепт

1. If the liver is not prepared for cooking, wash it and remove ducts and films. Then chop in a food processor along with the onion and garlic.

2. Add eggs, salt and pepper to the liver puree. Mix well.

3. Sift flour and baking powder on top.

4. Mix thoroughly with a whisk so that there are no lumps left.

5. Spoon the resulting mass into the heated oil and fry over medium heat for a couple of minutes on each side.

6. Chicken liver pancakes are ready! Serve them hot with vegetables, herbs and side dishes to taste.
