Flour - 160 g

Milk - 500 g

Egg - 2 pcs.

Sugar - 50 g

Salt - a pinch

Soda - 1 tsp.

2. Add half the milk and whisk again.

3. Mix flour and soda, pour into a bowl, mix everything carefully so that there are no lumps.

4. Heat the second half of the milk in the microwave, but do not bring to a boil. Gradually pour in hot milk and immediately quickly knead the dough. There will be a lot of bubbles on the surface of the dough; it should have a fairly liquid consistency. Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.

5. Now pour in the vinegar and oil, beat the dough well one last time and start baking the pancakes.

6. Lightly grease the pan with oil, pour in half a ladle of dough and bake for 30 seconds on each side. The less batter you pour in, the more small holes you will get on your pancakes.

7. This is how the pancakes look when held up to light - the holes turned out to be small and there are a lot of them. From this amount of dough I got 18 thin pancakes with a diameter of 20 centimeters.

8. Pancakes with hot milk can be served with both sweet and savory fillings.
