Sugar free marmalade

At home, it’s easy to prepare a tasty and, most importantly, healthy treat - sugar-free marmalade.
Honey is used as a sweetener, which makes the marmalade not cloying, tasty and low in calories. You can safely treat children with this marmalade. And if your kitchen has molds of various shapes, then you have the power not only to make squares or rectangles, but all kinds of hearts, stars and circles; you can also involve younger assistants in this simple task.
To make sugar-free marmalade at home, take any berries, honey, compote or juice, gelatin.
Ингредиенты
Frozen raspberries - 2 handfuls
Fruit and berry juice - 300 ml
Gelatin - 3 tbsp.
Honey - 1.5 tbsp.
Рецепт
1. Dilute gelatin in a small amount of warm water, literally 100 ml. Stir with a fork and leave to swell.
2. In a bowl or saucepan, combine half the juice and gelatin, heat over low heat for several minutes.
3. In another bowl, combine the berries and the second half of the juice. If you use frozen berries, you need to defrost them at least a little before using them.
4. Grind the berries with juice until smooth. If desired, you can then strain this mass through a sieve so that there are no grains from the berries.
5. Now pour the berry mass into a bowl or pan, add honey and heat until the honey has completely melted. You can do it a little differently - heat the honey in a water or steam bath.
6. Now mix the juice with gelatin, the berry mass with honey, and beat everything. Pour into molds and leave to harden in a cool place - on the balcony or in the refrigerator. Before serving, remove homemade sugar-free marmalade from the molds.
