To prepare the roll shell, any minced meat of your choice, including mixed, is suitable.
Also, if desired, choose sweet, spicy, hot, bright inclusions: dried fruits, chili pods, garlic, etc. The roll is boiled in a bag and undergoes gentle processing (no frying or baking in fat), so there are no unnecessary flavors here. Roll shell:
Minced pork - 500 g
Minced chicken - 500 g
Chili - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Dried apricots - 100 g
Ginger - 30 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Milk - 100 ml
White bread - 100 g
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Filling:
Cabbage - 300 g
Carrots - 50 g
Onion - 50 g
Tomato paste - 50 g
Vegetable oil - 30 ml
Water - 50-100 ml

1. Mix two types of minced meat (chicken and pork), eggs, salt, ground pepper. Separately, soak the bread slices in milk, squeeze and add to the minced meat.
2. Steam the dried apricots in boiling water (10 minutes).
3. Mix minced meat with chopped garlic, ginger, dried apricots, and chili. Let the mixture brew (while the cabbage is stewing).
4. In a frying pan with added vegetable oil, fry the onion, after a couple of minutes - with the carrots. After another 2-3 minutes, add the shredded cabbage. Stir, soak in oil for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add tomato paste.
6. Pour in 50-100 ml of boiling water, season with spices and simmer under the lid until tender/soft (20-30 minutes, depending on the type of cabbage). If time permits, cool.
7. On cling film, spread the mixture of minced meat in a continuous sheet.
8. Then spread the cabbage layer.
9. Roll it tightly and wrap it in film (several times to be safe).
10. Place the workpiece in a spacious saucepan with boiling water and cook under the lid for 30-40 minutes at a constant boil.
11. Cut the bag and carefully drain the accumulated liquid inside. Cool the cabbage roll.
12. Remove packaging. In this form, meatloaf with cabbage (from minced meat) can be browned until crisp in the oven or in a frying pan. This one is dietary, only boiled.
13. Cut the minced cabbage roll into wide slices.
