I offer you an original version of the appetizer in the form of crab sticks stuffed with red caviar. I will say this: this is my experiment! I have repeatedly prepared various salads that combined crab sticks and red caviar, and I decided why not try these products in this version. We really liked the appetizer. I think you will like it too. For any feast, such an appetizer will be relevant.
Ингредиенты
Crab sticks - 8 pcs.
Red caviar - 100 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Processed cheese - 1 pc.
Dill - 0.5 bunch
Рецепт
1. To prepare an appetizer of crab sticks stuffed with caviar, prepare the necessary products from the list. Pre-boil the eggs.
2. Grate eggs and processed cheese.
3. Chop the dill and add to the eggs and cheese, mix well.
4. Let me remind you that for stuffing we take chilled sticks. Gently unscrew them and grease them with the resulting cheese mass.
5. Apply red caviar to the cheese mixture.
6. Roll the sticks into tubes again. Place in the refrigerator for an hour.
7. Then cut the crab sticks stuffed with red caviar in half and serve.
