It would seem that nothing could be simpler than peeled peanuts fried in a frying pan. But not everyone knows how to fry it correctly. And I admit that I discovered this recipe for myself not long ago. Making delicious roasted peanuts is quite simple, but you need to have a little patience. This recipe is perfect for a snack between meals, not to mention an ice-cold beer.
Prepare ingredients for cooking roasted peanuts in a frying pan without oil. Peeled peanuts should be even white in color, without dark spots or signs of spoilage.

1. Place the kernels in a colander and quickly rinse under running water. You will be surprised how cloudy and dirty the water will be. Try to do this procedure as quickly as possible, otherwise the nuts will be saturated with water and will take longer to dry in the pan.
2. Dry the nuts quickly with paper towels.
3. Heat a frying pan and place peanuts in it. Now you can’t leave the stove. Stir the nuts as often as you can. If you know how, toss them in a frying pan, holding it by the handle.
4. When the nuts become golden brown, turn the heat to low and, stirring often, dry them until tender. It always takes me 12-14 minutes. Small nuts and halves are completely fried during this time. Then turn off the stove and leave the peanuts in the pan until they cool completely. Remember to stir constantly, otherwise small nuts may burn. If you like your peanuts with salt, now is the time to salt them before they cool down.
5. Transfer the completely cooled nuts into a convenient bowl and serve as a snack or with a glass of cold beer.
