Nettle gives a bright color; I have already used this property of the plant in a recipe for soup with leaf dumplings. Children will appreciate these noodles for their Shrek color and soft egg taste. Bon appetit!

1. Wash the nettles and use the leaves.
2. Boil the nettles for 3 minutes, cool in water
3. Prepare 2 yolks and two whole eggs - mix lightly.
4. Add squeezed nettle to the eggs and chop.
5. Make a well in the sifted flour, add salt and pour in the egg-nettle mixture.
6. Knead the dough, put it in film in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
7. Roll out 1/4 of the dough into a thin layer.
8. Trim the edges, sprinkle with flour and roll.
9. Cut into strips. We repeat the operations with the remaining dough.
10. Spin the noodles and let them dry. 20 minutes and you can cook - 5 minutes and the noodles are ready. It turns out that durum wheat noodles, cooked al dente, can be the basis of a diet. And noodles with such a vitamin supplement as nettle are also healthy, help yourself!
11. Shrek pasta with nettles can be frozen - roll it into nests and put it in bags, do not defrost while cooking.
