The amount of honey can be adjusted to taste - if the banana is overripe and the gooseberries are sweet, then you can reduce the amount of honey or not use it at all. Wash and dry the gooseberries.

Milk - 200 ml
Gooseberries - 200 g
Banana - 170 g
Honey - 1 tbsp. spoon
Poppy - 1 teaspoon
For decoration (optional):
Fresh mint - 4 leaves

1. Peel the banana, break into small pieces and place in a blender bowl. Add gooseberries.
2. Add honey and poppy seeds.
3. Pour in the milk.
4. Beat everything at high speed for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
