Frittata with pasta is a dish that appears on our table when I have leftover pasta from dinner and all sorts of strange remnants of dry cheese. And then I managed to buy dry “green cheese”... I thought it would be tasty, like in childhood, but it turned out to be... um... almost tasteless and not at all the same as in childhood. And for a pasta frittata recipe, it doesn’t really matter whether the cheese is the kind you dreamed of or not. You can put absolutely any cheese crumble in it, and you will still get a pretty decent frittata, this is a huge plus of this dish! I don’t know, maybe there’s someone somewhere who doesn’t make it from leftovers, but I’ve never done that before in my life. In general, 20 minutes of preparation is the same time that I cooked and drained the pasta yesterday.

Boiled pasta - 350 g

Eggs - 4 pcs.

Cheese - 50 g

Fresh parsley - 4 g

Butter - 20 g

5. Mix the pasta with the omelet part.

6. Fry the frittata in a frying pan with preheated oil under the lid for 5 minutes, until golden brown on the bottom. The fire is medium rather than low.

7. Let the frittata slide from the pan onto the plate. The dish is not ready yet.

8. Melt 10 g of butter and 1 tbsp in a frying pan. vegetable

9. Turn the frittata over and fry it in a frying pan under the lid for another 3-5 minutes. The fire is rather weak than medium.

10. In a frittata with pasta, the first top side, in my opinion, is prettier than after turning it over, so it is better to turn it over again before serving. That's it, our beauty is ready!
