Chicken fillet - 150 g
Chanterelles - 150 g
Potatoes - 2 pcs.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Cheese - 100 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Butter - 1 tbsp.
Salt - to taste

1. First, boil hard-boiled eggs and jacket potatoes until tender, cool and peel. The breast also needs to be cooked until tender. Place the fillet in hot water, add salt, peppercorns and bay leaf. Cook over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, then cool. IMPORTANT! Do not cook chicken fillet for a long time, otherwise it will be dry and tasteless.
2. Cut the onion into pieces and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil and butter until golden brown. Cut the chanterelles into smaller pieces and place them in the pan with the onions. Fry until golden brown, stirring at the same time so as not to burn. Add salt to taste and cool.
3. Place a layer of coarsely grated potatoes on a serving plate. ADVICE! To ensure that the layers are even and the salad looks beautiful, use a cooking ring.
4. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and place on the potatoes in a second layer.
5. Spread with mayonnaise. ADVICE! To slightly reduce the calorie content of the salad, dilute the mayonnaise 1:1 with low-fat classic yogurt.
6. Place a layer of grated cheese on top of the mayonnaise.
7. On the cheese - a layer of fried chanterelles with onions.
8. Place a layer of grated eggs on the chanterelles. Leave one yolk to decorate the salad.
9. Grease with mayonnaise, sprinkle grated yolk on top and decorate to your liking.
10. Delicious, aromatic salad with chanterelles and chicken is ready.
