“Little Red Riding Hood” salad with cherry tomatoes

The “Little Red Riding Hood” salad is quite popular.
It is prepared with pomegranate, bell pepper, tomato, boiled or smoked chicken, turkey, beef, and mushrooms. Layer or mix the ingredients. But the top of the salad should be the same in all recipes - bright red, it explains the name of the dish.
I suggest using boiled chicken and fried champignons with onions as a base, and decorating the top with cherry tomatoes. The result is a juicy, satisfying, tasty and very impressive salad.
Ингредиенты
Boiled chicken - 250 g
Champignons - 150 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
Hard cheese - 50 g
Mayonnaise - 70 g
Sunflower oil - 30 ml
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste

1. Peel and wash champignons and onions. Cut the mushrooms into slices, and cut the onions randomly. Place in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
2. Fry mushrooms and onions until the liquid evaporates. Stir occasionally. Finally, add salt to taste.
3. Boil the chicken fillet: place it in a saucepan with hot water, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, skim off the foam, add a little salt and cook the chicken until soft. Remove from pan, cool and chop finely.
4. Hard boil the eggs. Place them in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes from the moment of boiling. Then remove, rinse with cold water, cool and peel. Grate the eggs.
5. Grate hard cheese to your taste.
6. Layer the salad in the following order: boiled chicken, champignons with onions, eggs and cheese. You can pepper the chicken layer and salt the egg layer. Grease each layer with mayonnaise. Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them into two halves and place them on top of the salad.
