Pasta with egg in a frying pan

Very often we have leftover pasta after dinner, and not only us.
Still, it’s difficult to guess what appetites each family member has this time. Once cooled, they are no longer tasty, but this dish gives such pasta a second life. But you don't have to use the cooled leftover pasta, no! They can be boiled immediately before preparing the dish. And since pasta with eggs in a frying pan is simple and tasty, boiling it won’t be a problem.
For 120 grams of raw pasta you will need about 1 medium chicken egg, but you can take two - the egg flavor will be more dominant. These ingredients are enough for two servings. Melt the butter in a frying pan (or a butter+sunflower mixture), pour the freshly boiled hot or, conversely, cooled remaining pasta into the frying pan.

Raw pasta - 120 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Butter - 30 g
Salt - to taste
Water for boiling pasta - as needed

1. If the pasta is hot, then immediately break an egg directly into the pan, into this same pasta. If the pasta is cold, first warm it under the lid, and only then add the egg.
2. Keeping the pan over high heat, start stirring the pasta and egg immediately after you add the egg. At first the egg will be runny, let it coat (soak) each pasta:
3. As you fry (stir, stir and stir again constantly) the pasta, the egg will fry. And when you are sure that the egg is ready (it will look like a chopped omelette mixed with pasta), you can turn off the heat.
4. You can serve the pasta with egg right away - this dish is perfect for a hearty breakfast or as a lunch side dish. Enjoy your meal!
