Buns with banana and chocolate are a wonderful pastry for a delicious tea party.
I love the “sound” of banana in baking. I love the combination of banana and chocolate. And when I saw this recipe on the Internet, it sank into my soul. True, the original had chocolate paste, so I decided to make it with chocolate. In addition, the buns are coated with cinnamon-flavored sugar.
The banana and chocolate buns turned out excellent - flaky, with a crispy crust. I think yeast dough, and maybe even shortbread, would be suitable.
Defrost the dough first.

Yeast puff pastry - 450 g
Banana - 2 pcs.
Black chocolate - 70 g
Sugar - 50 g
Cinnamon - 1 tbsp.

1. Melt the chocolate. Mix sugar with cinnamon.
2. Cut the banana into large pieces.
3. Roll out the dough a little, cut into triangles.
4. Spread the dough with chocolate. Place a banana on the edge.
5. Fold to the smaller edge.
6. Roll the buns in cinnamon sugar. If the sugar does not stick, brush with water using a brush.
7. Bake buns with banana and chocolate at 180 degrees until ready. Approximately 25-30 minutes.
