My family really loves everything chocolate and coconut. And if it’s chocolate-coconut, it’s absolutely great! That’s why I, one might say, collect such recipes.
I am grateful to Andrey for the recipe that I want to offer you. For the first time I cooked strictly according to the recipe, but, as Andrey warned, there were not enough cookies. We ate it right away, and had to make a new portion, but doubling the amount of food. Ladies, these cookies are for you and me, because there is not a drop of fat: butter or sunflower oil! By the way, New Year is coming soon, and these cookies can be beautifully packaged and given to friends.
To prepare chocolate coconut cookies without butter, we will prepare the products according to the list.

Coconut flakes - 90 g
Cocoa - 2 tbsp.
Honey - 60 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.

1. Mix coconut and cocoa. It is convenient to do this with a whisk.
2. In another bowl, mix the egg and honey.

4. Mix everything up well. Convenient with a fork.
5. From the resulting mass we make cookies of medium thickness. You yourself understand that the cookies will not spread or expand, because there is no baking powder or soda in the composition. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment. I am a lazy housewife, for me parchment is a salvation! There is no need to wash the baking trays afterwards. Bake coconut cookies without oil at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
6. These are the cookies we got. The first time I browned them a lot, and the second time - less. My husband and son agreed that it was better when they were less “tanned.” At the same time, the edges are quite crispy, but the middle is tender.
7. Serve completely cooled with milk.
