Delicious chocolate muffins for Halloween.
There is very little time left before Halloween, but I want to try making a lot more sweets and desserts. I’ve been nurturing the idea of these cupcakes with cobwebs for several years, I wanted to bake them last year, but I still didn’t have time, but this time everything came together. The cupcakes turned out very tasty and soft, I will definitely bake them more than once.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients to make spider web cupcakes. Eggs and milk should preferably be at room temperature.

Flour - 200 g
Vegetable oil - 80 g
Sugar - 100 g
Milk - 150 g
Baking powder - 11 g
Salt - a pinch
Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
Vanilla essence - 0.5 tsp.
Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp.
For cream:
Sour cream 30% - 350 g
White chocolate - 250 g
Sugar - 3-4 tbsp.
Dye orange
Cream thickener - as needed
For web:
Black chocolate - 80 g

1. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk or regular fork.
2. Pour in the butter, milk and essence, continue whisking.
3. Now add all the dry ingredients - flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder, add a pinch of salt.
4. Mix the dough until smooth, leave for a few minutes.
5. Line the muffin pan with cuffs and pour a little more than half of the batter into each muffin pan. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes, check for doneness with a wooden skewer.
6. While the muffins are baking, prepare the cream. Take fatty and thick sour cream, chocolate should be of good quality.
7. Place sour cream in a deep bowl, add sugar. Beat the cream on medium speed until thick.
8. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. If the chocolate is of good quality, you can add a tablespoon of butter, if you are not sure about the quality, then you can skip this step.
9. Add melted chocolate to the cream a little at a time, continue whisking, pour in a couple of drops of orange coloring. Adjust the color to your taste, I prefer more or less natural shades.
10. Place the cream in the refrigerator for a while, it should harden and keep its shape well. If your sour cream is below 30% fat, then you will need to add a cream thickener according to the instructions.
11. Next we will need a bar of dark chocolate and a pastry bag.
12. Break the chocolate, put it in a bag, and put it in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes.
13. Place a piece of food foil on a hard, flat surface, glossy side up, and cut off a corner of the pastry bag. Draw spider webs with melted chocolate and place in the refrigerator for a while to allow the pieces to harden. Carefully remove the cobwebs from the foil.
14. Apply the frozen cream onto the muffins and decorate with a chocolate spider web on top.
15. Cupcakes with cobwebs for Halloween are ready.
