Hibiscus drink can be drunk both hot and chilled. Depending on the method of use, hibiscus tones in hot weather and warms when it’s cold.

Ингредиенты
Hibiscus - 4 tbsp. spoons
Lemon - 0.5 pcs.
Fresh ginger (root) - 3 cm piece
Sugar - 4 tbsp. spoons
Рецепт
1. Peel the ginger and cut into slices.
2. Place ginger and sugar in a small saucepan.
3. Pour in 1 liter of cold clean water and put on fire. Boil. The sugar should dissolve.
4. Remove the ladle from the heat and add the hibiscus. Cover with a lid and leave for 15 minutes.
5. Cut the lemon as desired.
6. Strain the infused ginger and hibiscus drink, add lemon slices or squeeze the juice out of it. Taste to ensure it is not too sour.
7. Pour the finished hibiscus drink into glasses and serve. Bon appetit!
