An unusual version of milk pancakes, traditionally cooked in a dry frying pan, are delicious pancakes with banana topping.
Drizzle melted chocolate over plump pancakes with banana chunks for the perfect sweet breakfast or simple dessert.
Ингредиенты
Bananas - 2 pcs.
Flour - 300 g
Milk - 300 ml
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Butter - 2 tbsp. spoons
Sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon
Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Vanillin - a pinch (1 g)
Dark or milk chocolate (for serving) - 50 g

1. Prepare ingredients for making pancakes with milk. From the specified amount I got 6 pancakes.
2. Sift flour with baking powder into a deep bowl, add sugar, vanillin and salt.
3. Place the butter in a saucepan or saucepan and place on low heat for about 1-2 minutes. As soon as the piece of butter melts by about half, stir and immediately remove from the heat - the butter will completely melt due to the residual temperature.
4. In a separate bowl, combine milk and eggs. Shake well with a whisk.
5. Stirring constantly, add melted butter.
6. Pour the milk-butter mixture little by little into the bowl with flour, stirring each time.
7. The finished pancake dough will be quite thick and will flow like a ribbon from the whisk.
8. Peel the bananas and cut each one lengthwise into 2 parts. Then cut into semicircles about half a centimeter thick. Set aside some banana slices for serving.
9. Heat the pan well over medium heat. Pour about 2 tbsp into the center of the pan. tablespoons of dough and immediately place pieces of sliced bananas on the surface at a short distance from each other. Fry the pancake for about 1-2 minutes.
10. When the top is dry, turn over and cook for about 1 more minute. Bake the rest of the pancakes in the same way. I got 6 pieces.
11. Melt the chocolate. This can be done by putting chocolate, broken into pieces, in a pastry bag (or better yet, in a piece of baking sleeve), tie it in a knot and put it in a container with warm water for 3-4 minutes.
12. Then cut off the tip of the bag with scissors, making a small hole.
But it’s better to just melt the chocolate in a saucepan or saucepan (almost the same way you melted butter - on low heat with constant stirring for about 3-5 minutes) - this way the chocolate will melt much better and it will be convenient to pour it over the pancakes.
13. Place the finished milk pancakes in a heap on a plate. Place reserved banana slices on top and pour melted chocolate over it.
