Onions - 4-5 pcs.

1. Before preparing dumplings with onions, you need to prepare the ingredients.

2. Sift the flour. Add salt.

3. Beat the egg into the flour.

4. Add water.

5. Stir with a spoon.

6. Using your hands, knead the dough as for dumplings.

7. Leave the dough for 20 minutes (cover with a towel).

8. Peel and wash the onion. Cut in small pieces. Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Add prepared onions. Fry over medium heat, stirring, until golden.

9. Divide the dough into 3-4 parts. Roll each part into a thin sausage.

10. Using a sharp knife, cut the dumplings (about 0.5 cm thick).

11. Boil 2.5 liters of water. Add salt. Place the prepared dumplings in boiling water. Boil them. To do this, bring to a boil, stirring. After surfacing, cook the dumplings for another 5 minutes.

12. Place the dumplings in a colander.

13. Place the finished dumplings in plates, pour over fried butter and sprinkle with fried onions.
