Cutlets are prepared according to this recipe without adding bread to the minced meat. Mother-in-law's recipe cutlets are a traditional Russian dish that was invented in home cooking. The name of the dish comes from the fact that it was passed down from generation to generation and became a favorite recipe in the family. Ингредиенты

Pork - 0.5 kg

Beef - 0.5 kg

Onions - 1-2 pcs.

Egg - 1 pc.

Salt - 0.5-1 tsp.

Ground black pepper - 0.25 tsp.

Breadcrumbs - for breading cutlets

Vegetable oil for frying - 50 ml

Рецепт

1. Cut the meat into pieces. Peel the onion and cut into 4 parts. Grind the meat and onions in a meat grinder.

2. Add eggs, salt and pepper to the resulting minced meat. Mix the minced meat thoroughly. In order for the minced meat to turn out successful, it must be thoroughly beaten, throwing it several times with some effort into the bowl. Next, it is advisable to place the minced meat in the refrigerator for an hour or two, but if you don’t have time, you can immediately fry the cutlets.

3. Form small cutlets from minced meat. Roll them in breadcrumbs.

4. Heat the frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil. Fry the cutlets over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. Then place all the fried cutlets in a frying pan, pour in a little water, cover with a lid and simmer for about 10 minutes.
