A simple homemade sauce.

In this recipe I will show you how to make wonderful teriyaki sauce at home! The recipe for this sauce is very simple, preparation will not take you much time. Be sure to try it at home!

Ингредиенты

Soy sauce - 150 ml

Starch - 3 teaspoons

Cane sugar - 4 teaspoons

Dried ground ginger - 1 teaspoon

Dried ground garlic - 1 teaspoon

Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp. spoon

Olive oil - 2 teaspoons

Liquid honey - 1 tbsp. spoon

Water - 80 ml

1. At the very beginning of preparing teriyaki sauce, I recommend preparing a solution of starch in water. Pour 80 ml of water at room temperature into a glass. Add 3 teaspoons of starch. Stir the contents of the glass until smooth. This solution is specially made in advance so that lumps do not form in the sauce later. At this point, the preliminary preparations are completed, and we proceed directly to preparing the teriyaki sauce.

2. Place a small frying pan or saucepan on the stove and turn on medium heat. One by one, add 150 ml of soy sauce, 4 teaspoons of sugar (I use cane sugar, but this is not important), 1 teaspoon of dried ground ginger and 1 teaspoon of dried ground garlic, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons of olive oil and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey.

3. Constantly stirring the contents of the pan, bring the sauce to a boil. Add a solution of starch and water to the sauce. Mix thoroughly and turn off the heat. If the sauce turns out runny, don't worry. Over the next 5-10 minutes it will reach readiness and become noticeably thicker.

4. After 15-20 minutes, when the sauce has cooled completely, pour it into a gravy boat and serve. Teriyaki sauce can be served with meat, poultry, fish, seafood, and can decorate many salads.
