Very tasty meat, stewed in one piece. The role of the sauce here is played by vegetables stewed with pork.

Ингредиенты

Pork pulp - 500 g

Large onion - 1 pc.

Butter or ghee - 75 g

Broth (you can dilute a bouillon cube) - 200 ml

Garlic - 2-3 cloves

Bell pepper - 2 pcs. (I already have chopped frozen ones)

Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp. spoons (in summer you can use fresh tomatoes)

Olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons

Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp. spoon

Honey - 2 tbsp. spoons

Chili sauce - 1 tbsp. spoon

Pepper

Ground paprika - 0.5 teaspoon

Sugar - 1 teaspoon

1. Wash the meat and remove films. Peel the onion and garlic. Remove seeds from peppers and cut into pieces.

2. Heat the butter in a thick-walled saucepan. Add meat and half of finely chopped onion. Pour in broth. If you dilute a bouillon cube, you no longer need to add salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and simmer in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes.

3. Lightly fry the remaining onion and finely chopped garlic in vegetable oil. Add pepper, simmer for 5 minutes, then add tomato sauce or finely chopped tomatoes, pour in balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika and sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes

4. Mix honey with chili sauce. Lubricate the meat with this mixture and increase the oven temperature to 220 degrees. Bake the meat for another hour, do not cover with a lid.

5. Every 15 minutes, turn the meat over and brush with a mixture of honey and sauce. In the last 15 minutes, add stewed vegetables to the meat.

6. Place the finished pork baked with vegetables on a plate and cut into pieces. Place stewed vegetables nearby. Baked pork can be served warm or cold.
