Pancake salad with chicken

We bring to your attention a recipe for pancake salad with chicken, cheese, pickled cucumbers. This appetizer will definitely decorate the holiday table, because the salad is not only tasty, but also beautifully decorated with pancake rolls.
Ингредиенты
For pancakes:
Milk - 200 ml
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. spoon
Flour - 150 g
Dry yeast - 5 g (about 0.5 sachet/about 2 tsp)
Sugar - 1.5 teaspoons
Salt - 0.5 teaspoon
For the salad:
Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
Pickled cucumbers - 4 pcs.
Hard cheese - 150 g
Garlic - 1 clove
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons
Sour cream - 4 tbsp. spoons
Fresh dill - 4-5 sprigs
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste

1. Prepare yeast dough for pancakes. In a separate container, mix eggs and sugar. Mix with a whisk or mixer.
2. Pour in warm (35 degrees) milk and add yeast. Mix. Leave aside for 10 minutes.
3. After 10 minutes, bubbles will appear on the surface and the dough should rise slightly.
4. Add salt and flour to the dough. Mix so that there are no lumps.
5. Pour vegetable oil into the dough. Stir, cover with a towel and leave the dough aside while the pan heats up.
6. In a heated frying pan, fry thin pancakes on both sides until cooked.
7. Leave the finished pancakes aside to cool.
8. Prepare sauce for pancakes. In a separate container, mix 3 tablespoons of sour cream and finely chopped dill. Mix.
9. Spread a thin layer of sour cream and dill sauce onto the cooled pancakes.
10. Roll the pancakes loosely into tubes. Place the pancake rolls in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
11. Prepare chicken salad. Cook the chicken fillet for 20-30 minutes in salted water until cooked. Cut the cooled chicken meat into random pieces.
Cut pickled cucumbers into cubes.
12. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Leave a little cheese for the top layer of the salad.
13. Mix chicken, cucumbers, cheese and chopped garlic.
14. Pepper the chicken salad to taste. Add 1 tablespoon of sour cream to the mayonnaise and mix. Dress the salad with mayonnaise and sour cream sauce. Mix.
15. Place the mold on a plate and place the salad in it tightly. We take off the form.
16. Take the pancakes out of the refrigerator and cut into pieces. Place pancake rolls around the salad. If the salad is not very tall, then lay out one circle of pancakes. If the salad turns out to be tall, like ours, then place another layer of pancakes on top of the previous ones.
17. Sprinkle the pancake salad with the remaining grated cheese on top. Decorate the salad to your liking.
18. You can also make the pancake chicken salad warm. To do this, add a couple more pancake rolls on top of the cheese and sprinkle them with cheese. Heat the pancake salad with cheese in the microwave or oven. Bon appetit!
