We cook kupaty in an unusual sauce. The basis of the sauce is beer and onions, due to which the kupats acquire a very interesting taste.

Mustard and Worcestershire sauce give the kupats a spicy note, while cloves and bay leaves add a spicy aroma. Kupaty turns out very juicy and is suitable even for a festive table. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. It is best to take a light beer, not bitter. I used light beer, but dark beer will work too.
