Spaghetti with cheese and spinach sauce

A delicious pasta dish with fresh herbs.
Spaghetti is boiled separately and then combined with a sauce of spinach, fried with garlic, and grated cheese. Colorful spaghetti is a great way to prepare healthy spinach.
Ингредиенты
Spaghetti - 250 g
Fresh spinach - 150 g
Hard cheese - 80 g
Garlic - 6 g (1 clove)
Olive oil - 30 ml (2 tablespoons)
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon

1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add salt (1 teaspoon). Place spaghetti in boiling water. Cook until almost done, 9 minutes (time indicated on the package, minus 1-2 minutes).
2. While the spaghetti is cooking, peel the garlic and cut into slices.
3. Place the garlic in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and fry over medium heat for about a minute.
4. Wash the spinach, dry it, add to the garlic. Large spinach leaves can be chopped. Fry until wilted, 1-2 minutes.
5. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Set aside some cheese for serving.
6. Place the cheese and fried spinach with garlic into a bowl.
7. Grind with an immersion blender until a sauce forms.
8. Place the finished spaghetti in a colander.
9. Transfer the sauce and spaghetti to the pan in which the spinach was fried. Stir until the sauce is evenly distributed.
10. Add salt (1/4 teaspoon) and pepper. Stir again and heat for 2 minutes, stirring. Divide the spaghetti with cheese and spinach sauce into portions and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
