Delicious lunch for the whole family
With slightly crispy bacon bits, mushrooms and a creamy garlic-parsley sauce, pasta like linguine tastes amazing with this company. The dish is rich, but not heavy, the sauce adds a delicate creamy taste, and the bacon gives a pleasant smoky aroma.

Linguine - 100 g
Champignons - 215 g
Boiled-smoked bacon - 100 g
Onion - 70 g (1 medium-sized)
Cream 10% fat - 80 ml
Garlic - 10 g (2 cloves)
Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp. spoon)
Butter - 20 g
Fresh parsley - 5 g (2-3 sprigs)
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Hard cheese (for serving) - 50 g

1. Bring 1-1.5 liters of water to a boil in a saucepan, add salt (1 teaspoon), add linguine and cook for 10-12 minutes (or according to the time indicated on the package). Linguine in boiling water will soften a little and plunge into the pan without additional manipulation.
2. While preparing the linguine, peel the onion and garlic, cut the onion into small cubes, and chop the garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add onion and fry over medium heat until soft, 3 minutes.
4. Cut the bacon into large strips.
5. Add bacon and garlic to the onion, fry together, stirring, for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
6. Clean the champignons, refresh the cuts on the stems. Cut the mushrooms into medium pieces.
7. Add butter and mushrooms to the pan.
8. Stirring, fry for 5-7 minutes.
9. Place the pasta in a colander and pour 50 ml of the broth into a small container.
10. Chop the parsley.
11. Add linguine and parsley to the pan.
12. Pour in the cream.
13. Season everything with salt (1/4 teaspoon) and pepper, stir. If the sauce is too thick, add the required amount of linguine broth (20 ml). Bring to a boil and heat for 2 minutes over low heat.
14. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
15. Place linguine with mushrooms, bacon and cream on plates, sprinkle with cheese and serve.
