A very quick and simple recipe for making baked steaks from red fish: salmon, trout, pink salmon... The fish is beautiful, tender, very tasty.

Red fish - 4 steaks

Coarse salt

Sugar - 1 pinch

Dried ground ginger - 1 pinch

Ground black pepper

Olive or sunflower oil

1. Remove scales from red fish and cut into steaks up to 2 cm thick.

2. Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Salt the fish well on both sides. Sprinkle with a pinch of sugar, ground black pepper to taste and a pinch of ground ginger. Using your hands, mix the spices well into the steaks.

3. Pour oil. Leave for 5-10 minutes for the fish to marinate, and in the meantime preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

4. Bake red fish in the oven for 30 minutes.

5. Place the finished steaks on a dish decorated with herbs. Red fish steaks baked with olive oil and ginger are juicy and very tasty!
