Pumpkin is a gastronomic symbol of autumn, and autumn is a great time to tast drink drinks. It is not difficult to cook them:

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 glass of milk (you can use plant milk)
- sugar or honey (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 serving of strong coffee or espresso
In a small saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, milk, sugar (or honey), vanilla extract and all spices. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it begins to boil. Reduce heat and continue cooking the drink over low heat, stirring, for another 2-3 minutes. Make strong coffee or espresso and add it to the pumpkin mixture. Pour the drink into cups and garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Smoothies are a great light breakfast option for those who don’t really like to eat in the morning and prefer a healthy diet. The natural sweetness of pumpkin and banana will lift your spirits and also provide a boost of vitamins.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 banana
- cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- Ice
In a blender, combine pumpkin puree, banana, Greek yogurt, orange juice, milk, honey, spices and some ice. Blend until smooth. Taste the drink and add more honey or spices to taste if necessary.
Pumpkin and ginger smoothie
Ginger will strengthen the immune system in bad weather and is guaranteed to speed up recovery if you have already felt the signs of a cold, and pumpkin will make the drink more pleasant and delicate in taste.
Ingredients:
- Ground cinnamon – 1 tsp;
- Pumpkin pulp - 1 cup;
- Ginger powder - 2 tsp.;
- One banana;
- Almonds – 7-10 pcs;
- Honey – 1 tsp.
First (preferably overnight) soak the almonds in water. Chop the pumpkin and banana pulp. Grind all ingredients except honey in a blender. Pour the mixture into glasses and pour over honey.
