A simple carrot salad recipe. Fresh carrots and an apple, plus dates, walnuts and a little lemon juice - this healthy salad can’t be called anything other than vitamin-packed.
Before preparing carrot salad, prepare all the necessary products.

Carrots - 1 pc. (150 g)
Apple - 1 pc. (100 g)
Dates - 60 g
Peeled walnuts - 60 g
Lemon - 0.5 pcs.

1. Squeeze juice from a lemon wedge.
2. Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
3. Peel and seed the apple, grate it on a coarse grater and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent the apple from darkening.
4. Cut the dates into small pieces.
5. Dry the walnuts in a dry frying pan and remove the thin skin.
6. Coarsely chop the nuts with a knife.
7. Mix carrots, apples, dates and nuts.
8. Squeeze 2 tbsp from the remaining lemon. spoons of juice and carefully, so as not to get any seeds, add lemon juice to the carrot salad with apples, nuts and dates.
9. Stir.
