Liver pancake rolls stuffed with carrots and melted cheese are a bright and tasty appetizer that will instantly disappear from the table. Delicate liver pancakes go very well with juicy filling and salad greens.
Ингредиенты
Chicken liver – 700 g
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Flour – 60 g (0.5 cups with a volume of 200 ml)
Milk – 200 ml
Vegetable oil – 30 g
Carrots – 300-400 g
Processed cheese – 250 g
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
Mayonnaise – 50-70 g
Lettuce leaves – 7-8 pcs.
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste

1. We wash the liver and cut off all the films and veins.
2. Using a blender or meat grinder, grind the liver.
3. Break the egg into the liver mass and pour in the milk. Blend again with an immersion blender.
4. Add flour, salt and pepper. Blend with a blender until the lumps disappear.
5. Leave the dough for 15 minutes at room temperature.
6. Grease the frying pan well with vegetable oil and heat it up. Pour 1 ladle of liver dough into the center of the pan and distribute evenly over the bottom. Fry the pancake for 2 minutes on each side. Fry all the pancakes this way. I got 7 pancakes.
7. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.
8. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater.
9. In a bowl, combine processed cheese, carrots, chopped garlic, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth.
10. Spread the filling evenly onto each cooled pancake.
11. Place a lettuce leaf on top.
12. Roll up a fairly tight roll.
13. We do this with all the blanks. Cut the rolls into pieces and serve.
