Chicken wings in tomato-soy marinade with mustard

Today we will bake wings in a marinade of ketchup, soy sauce, mustard and garlic.
The wings turn out to be incomparable - with a very interesting rich taste and golden brown crust. Chicken wings baked in the oven will be an excellent appetizer for a group of friends or a successful dish for a family lunch or dinner. These wings fly away very quickly.
Ингредиенты
Chicken wings - 600 g (8 pcs.)
Soy sauce - 3 tbsp. spoons
Ketchup - 50 g
Mustard - 20 g
Garlic - 6 g (1 large clove)

1. Rinse the chicken wings and dry them with a paper towel. Cut the wings at the joints into 2-3 pieces. If you have wings with outer phalanges, remove them.
2. For the marinade, in a bowl, combine ketchup (I used kebab), soy sauce and hot mustard. Pass the peeled garlic through a press and add to the rest of the marinade ingredients.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Place the wings into the resulting marinade. Mix well by hand.
Marinate the wings for 30 minutes at room temperature or 1 hour in the refrigerator (longer, even overnight, but an hour will be enough).
5. After a while, place the marinated wings in one layer in a baking dish. Spread the remaining marinade over the wings.
6. Cover the pan with foil and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake the wings for another 10 minutes at the same temperature.
7. Chicken wings baked in the oven are ready.
8. Serve the wings hot.
