Bright tartlets with red fish and cream cheese with avocado will perfectly decorate the festive table and whet your appetite before the main course. All products are ready to use, and if you buy tartlets, the snack is prepared quite simply and quickly.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Choose a ripe avocado; I have avocado of the Haas variety - the fruit is soft, oily and has a more pronounced taste. Tartlets can be purchased ready-made or made yourself from puff pastry or shortcrust pastry, or from pita bread.

Tartlets (made from shortcrust pastry) - 14 pcs.

Red salted fish - 200 g

Cream cheese (curd) - 180 g

Avocado - 1 pc.

Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. spoon

Fresh cucumber (for decoration) - 0.5 pcs.

Fresh parsley (for decoration) - 1-2 sprigs

Lettuce leaves (for serving) - 2-3 pcs.

1. Wash the avocado, cut in half, remove the pit. Cut the avocado into cubes directly into the skin and scoop out the pulp into a plate with a spoon.

2. Squeeze lemon juice into bowl with avocado. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.

3. Add cream cheese to bowl with avocado. Mix everything again until creamy.

4. The cream cheese and avocado cream has acquired a delicate green color and a uniform consistency.

5. Place the tartlets on a plate with lettuce leaves.

Fill the tartlets with the prepared filling using a pastry syringe or a regular teaspoon.

6. Cut the red fish into very thin strips.

7. Roll each strip of fish into a roll and stick it into the cream in the tartlets.

The result was orange-red “roses” on a green background.

8. Cut the cucumber into small thin slices. Decorate each tartlet with parsley leaves and cucumber slices to give the appetizer an even brighter look.
