You can add sugar to the finished juice at the rate of 1 tbsp. l. - for 1 liter of water.

Wash the apples, clean them from wormholes and damage, remove the skin and remove the centers.

Pass the apples peeled in this way through a meat grinder or juicer.

If you passed the apples through a meat grinder, then place the apple mass in parts on a thick cotton cloth (or gauze folded in several layers).

Extract the juice by hand.

Heat the resulting natural apple juice, stirring, to a temperature of 90-95 degrees (until small bubbles appear around the perimeter of the surface of the juice), but do not boil the juice. Skim off any foam that has formed.

Pour pasteurized apple juice into warm, sterilized jars and seal (roll up) with sterilized metal lids.

Natural apple juice is ready.
